Myself and my friend attended this workshop to make gin in memory of both our mothers. It was a small workshop with just us 2 and one other lady which was good as we got lots of time to talk and ask questions about the process. Our host was interesting, fun and very helpful and we both really enjoyed the experience. We can’t comment on the quality of the gin yet as it is still maturing in the bottle but we are hoping it will be good!! Or at least, drinkable!!

This was a birthday treat for a special friend who enjoys her gin. I can totally recommend it for anyone who wants to learn about the process of gin making, blending botanicals and who likes trying different gins! It was a fun and thoroughly enjoyable afternoon!

Still waiting for 2 weeks to pass so we can taste whether we have a future in gin blending but was such good fun in a small group.

It was absolutely awesome. Just the two of us, my friend Den and I with the wonderful John to guide us through the history of gin making, helped along by the odd G&T or two! Tasting 15th century gin. Learning that gin is made from vodka and tasting the Adnams vodka that goes to make up the Adnams gin. Choosing our fixative to add to our choice of botanicals with great information given every step of the way. Then the making of our very own gin. What a time we had and a few purchases in the shop too! This was a birthday treat for me and it didn't disappoint. Worth every penny. And John is the best teacher too.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the gin making experience. Lots of information and we loved testing all the botanicals to choose what we wanted in our gin.
