This was bought for me for a present as I like gin.
I had a date booked at the Chapelfield shopping centre store Norwich. This was then cancelled by Adnams due to a flood. In the meantime I was diagnosed with a health problem that meant I now cannot drink alcohol. I then tried to have a refund and explained my issues and was told by a man this was ok. I then received an email from a lady saying that due to experience was bought on a gift card a refund was not possible. After several times explaining my health problem she was not sympathetic or very helpful and had no customer service skills.
I then left doing anything until the date was nearly up as I did not by then want to rebook. My wife then persuaded me to rebook so not to lose the money spent.
I did this once again for the Chaplefield store. I then received an email a few days prior to the date saying that the experience would now be at the Unthank road store and the date shown was different to that booked. I then contacted dnams via the number on email to say that the date was a mistake and was still the date booked.
However the experience was very good and the chap doing the experience was great and was enjoyable even without alcohol. It is a shame that the before part was not good the actual experience was good. I do feel Adnams need to up their game on the organisation side and some of their employees need some customer relation training.

I throughly enjoyed my gin making class, but it was at Bury St Edmunds.
Tom who took the class was very knowledgeable, and an easy host , I cannot wait to try it , after it has now stood 2 weeks.

I had my MYOG session at Bury St Edmunds rather than Norwich due to a closure of the basement there. I had a really enjoyable afternoon and as I was the only one booked for that particular session on a Friday I received individual instruction! I have yet to try my concoction (a licorice and lemon tinged mix) as it has another week or so to go until it’s fully infused! The process was fascinating and I would definitely recommend this experience!

Thoroughly emitted the day. Ezra was or host, he explained everything well, and was great with our top up drinks. Would definitely recommend.

It really was a fabulous day. We learnt a lot and the intimate setting meant we were able to ask questions and chat about what we were doing. It wasn’t rushed and we live sampling the gins. Great gift, would definitely recommend this to others.
