How Do I get Access to My Account?
Download Adnams Rockpool by visiting the app store on an iphone device or the Google Play store on an Android device. The logo you are looking for will look like this:
Once you've downloaded the app, you will need to request access from Adnams. You can do this by contacting us directly on 01502 727272 or by downloading the app and entering your details on the registration page. Once you’ve registered, we will need to confirm your account number and email address with you, to complete the set up. We will contact you to verify your identity and authority to access the account and will then provide you with a pin number to log in with.
If you have previously used the Adnams Rockpool app, all you will need is your email address and pin number/password in order to login.

What device or tech do I need to use it and how do I download the app?
The new Rockpool app will work on all Apple phones and iPads as well as Android phones and tablets. It will also work on the web. All you will need to do is download the app for free in the ‘Apple App Store’ or ‘Google Play Store’ like any other app.
Are the prices I see in the app ‘my prices’ or list prices?
Yes, all of your personal price lists for your account are used in the app. The app is effectively your full price list in your hand. If there is a special offer on a product that affects your list price, then this will clearly show for the duration of that promotion.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the app?
Yes, the app is reliant on live product information to ensure you are looking at up to date details from Adnams. It also needs to submit orders directly to Adnams when placed, so does need a working internet connection to be able to operate.
Can I see or review my orders after I have placed them?
Yes, all you need to do is visit your basket where you will see the ‘Order History’ button. This will contain all orders placed in the last 12 months including orders you may have literally just placed. From here, you can click to edit and then save your basket once you’ve changed your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of £150.
Can more than one person use the app for the same account?
Yes, an account can have as many users as you wish. All users will be adding to the same basket, therefore if one user is adding wines while the other checks the beer and spirits, then the basket will contain everything, and both users will see this.
Are there different access levels for managers and staff?
Yes, there are currently two levels of access to choose from for your users: ‘Full access’ and ‘Restricted.’ Restricted access allows the user to browse the product catalogue, see special offers and contribute to the order by adding items to the basket. However, they are unable to see sensitive account information such as prices and are unable to ‘checkout’ the basket.
Can I access multiple accounts?
Yes, if you run or work at multiple accounts then your login can be linked to multiple accounts and you can very easily switch between them and manage them separately under one login, without the need to log out and then in again.
Can I pay by card in the app?
Yes, you can pay by credit card. If you have made prior Credit arrangements, you are also able to ‘pay on account’.
Can I print my invoices or email them?
Yes, all of your previous invoices will be available in PDF format on the Rockpool app. You can print them if you have a printer set up on your device. Alternatively, you will have the option to send the invoice to your email inbox should you need to.
What is 'Rockpool Rewards'?
Rockpool Rewards is a loyalty scheme for the Rockpool app. Every time you place an order over £150 using the Rockpool app, you will take a step closer to your next reward. Rewards range from free Adnams products, to Adnams experiences and managed property vouchers. Your rewards section on the app will let you know how many orders you have to place before your next reward is received.
How do I modify an order I’ve already placed?
On the new Rockpool app, there is an option to modify an existing order before your delivery cut off time. To do this, click into the orders icon on the right-hand side on the web browser or use the menu to select orders, which will take you to your order history. From here, you can select the most recently placed order and use the blue button to ‘modify order’.
