Adnams October cocktail of the month brings us a drink that perfectly captures the essence of autumn. This month's featured drink is a delightful blend of Copper House Pink Gin, zesty lemon, and rich blackberry liqueur - a true celebration of fall's bountiful flavours.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Crème de Mure

method

  • Add vodka, martini, Orange and passionfruit juice into shaker with cubed ice.
  • Double strain into a coup.
  • Top with Prosecco!
  • Garnish with lemon peel – add a slit in the middle and add to rim of glass. Insert small mint sprig into cut.

To make the Vanilla Syrup

  • Add two parts sugar to 1 part boiling water over heat with a whole vanilla pod.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, and allow to cool before use.
