Description

A co-operative established in 1961, Nuiton-Beaunoy was developed amongst growers in the Hautes-Cotes de Beaune and Hautes-Cotes de Nuit appellations of the southern Cote d'Or region of Burgundy. Vineyards that combine good altitude, low density fruit production and clay-limestone soils make for perfect growing conditions. Under winemaker Sebastian Sauvegot, the focus is on wines that are characteristic of their surrounding, with light handling and minimal intervention.
