Blanquette de Limoux,

Blanquette de Limoux, "m leMauzac", Maison Antech

Located in Limoux, in Southern France, seven generations of the Antech family have been crafting wines since the early 20th century, with women playing a central role in the family business. Mauzac is a native variety of southern France that is often forgotten, but is perfectly suited to the microclimate of Limoux, and produces sparkling wines of elegance and distinction. The family’s philosophy is to let the terroir and grape varieties tell the story, and so organic practices are followed in the vineyard, with minimal intervention undertaken during winemaking.
