The Call of the Coast

Golden Gull is a pale gold seasonal beer, with a bright, coastal profile. It's brewed with Pale Ale malt, oats and wheat, to keep things refreshing and light. We were keen to use Opus hops, a new UK variety. They give us the floral notes we want to showcase in the brew, along with citrus flavours, peach and hints of spice. They also keep the bitterness low, making the beer more malt forward and moreish.
