Description

British Cassis is crafted with blackcurrants grown in the fields on Jo Hilditch's Herefordshire farm using only the finest British blackcurrants to create a modern twist on the classic French cocktail base Crème de Cassis. It contains pressed blackcurrant juice, a little champagne yeast and just the right amount of British sugar to sweeten. The result is a fresh and luxurious taste that lets the fruits sing!

How does it taste

Produced in Herefordshire using only the finest British blackcurrants to create a modern Crème de Cassis. This natural liqueur is rich and full bodied. Freshly picked British blackcurrants are allowed to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, blended with vodka to fortify and a little sugar to bring out the intensely fruity flavours.
