A classy Provence rosé with beautiful, fine floral aromas and balanced, intense red berry flavours. Made by Emmanuelle Baude, who took over Tour Campanets in the wooded hills to the north of Aix-en-Provence in 2012 and has converted all of her vineyards to grow only organically-certified grapes. This is her premium cuvée 'Bois des Fées' rosé and is unusually dominant in Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with just enough added Grenache for aroma and acidity. After a short, cool, fermentation the wine is then aged on it lees for added texture giving a lovely fresh feel and ripe finish.
