Notes of passion fruit
and honey.
Exton Park’s 60-acre single vineyard site is planted on south-facing slopes in the South Downs National Park. Sustainability is woven into the roots of Exton Park, where the most natural approach to growing, managing, and harvesting fruit is taken. The team also remain committed to developing the biodiversity of the vineyard – with birds, bees, sheep, and wildflowers all playing their part in fertilising, controlling pests and enhancing the natural ecosystem. The number of reserves in each blend is reflected in the name of each wine. For example, Exton Park RB32 Brut Reserve is created from a blend of 32 wines. This unique approach has been pioneered by Head Winemaker, Corinne Seely, to ensure consistency, quality, and complexity with each bottling. A minimum of three years lees ageing gives this wine wonderful savoury notes of brioche, and added complexity. This fresh, elegant, and versatile wine makes an ideal accompaniment to sweet and savoury dishes. Its delicate citrus notes pair perfectly with smoked trout, white meats or even a light Victoria sponge cake.
