They have been developed with the chefs from Adnams Managed Pubs and Hotels, utilising their love of flavour and local ingredients. We’ve partnered with excellent, up-and-coming local producer Candi's, from Norfolk. We were drawn to their philosophy of creating something delicious with the amazing wealth of produce available in East Anglia and the British Isles. We are delighted to share our twist on the traditional, with the help of a small-scale local producer.
