A resounding success

This is a great wine, especially at this price point.

Some at the wine club compared it to a Pinot Noir, so it would depend on your palate whether Pinot Noir suits your taste.

That said as a single varietal version of Cinsault, this was very, very good.

Tasting Cinsault

Soft on the palette. Easy to drink without food but with flavours strong enough to allow it to paired with light meats and most cheeses. Good value for money.
