Adnams Raspberry Bramble

Copper House Pink Gin is crafted from our award-winning Copper House Dry Gin and contains 6 bontaicals including junpier and orange peel as well as a dash of raspberry. Ingredients:

• 50ml Adnams Copper House Pink Gin
• 8 fresh raspberries
• 25ml sugar syrup
• 25ml lemon juice
• crushed ice

Method:

Add 6 fresh raspberries to your glass and muddle until the juices are released. Add your gin, leomon juice and sugar syrup to your glass and the top up with your crushed ice. Mix withg a long handled spoon and garnish with more fresh raspberries.
