Adnams Fizz has had a re-vamp and is being relaunched as a pair of sensational single varietal wines, sourced from France. With that, we have jazzed up the label designs for a refreshing new look.

Adnams’ Chardonnay Fizz Brut and Pinot Noir Fizz Rosé have been sourced with the idea of adding sparkle to any occasion. Our wine team discovered this delicious duo at family run Domaine de la Baume, in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon. Surrounded by nature, and a short distance from the sea, their wines whisk you away to the warmth of the South, and fun times with friends.

Our wine team discovered this delicious duo from family run Domaine de la Baume established in 1882, rooted in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon in the small village of Servian, between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas. Surrounded by nature, and a short distance from the sea these wines whisk you away to the warmth of the South, and fun times with friends.

If you’re after geeky deets, cool fermentation is favoured to preserve the aromas and acidity in the fruit. After preparing this base wine, a secondary, fizz-forming fermentation takes place in special closed tanks. Known as the Charmat method, it helps maintain all those fruity characteristics and creates our Fizz’s refreshingly effervescent foam.

Both wines are suitable for vegans and make excellent aperitifs. They’re ideal for special occasions or when shared at a party or picnic and outside of celebrations they’re fantastic with food, as mentioned above.

Adnams Fizz Brut is made with 100% Chardonnay. It is a crisp and elegant fizz, with a vibrant floral aroma and peaches and nectarines - classically Chardonnay. It’s well-rounded on the palate, with a zippy citrus finish. We love it on its own but nothing beats a Fish and Chips pairing!

Adnams Fizz Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir. This is a bright, fruit-forward fizz. It’s pale pink in colour with intense red fruit aromas of raspberries and cranberries. It’s well balanced, with a delicately floral finish. Like the Fizz Brut, it’s a wine we think can be drunk on any occasion, if paired with food, it drinks perfectly with risotto, creamy dishes, or salmon.
