Grown in Victoria’s premium wine regions, this Shiraz is crafted from grapes harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and vibrant fruit character. Fermented on skins and matured on oak, the wine develops added depth, structure and complexity while retaining its rich varietal expression.

How does it taste

Deep purple in colour, it offers aromas of black cherry, blueberry and mixed spice. The rich palate showcases ripe blackberry and plum flavours with a hint of pepper and savoury spice, leading to a smooth, balanced finish. A versatile food wine, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, aged cheeses, grilled meats and hearty pasta dishes.
