Description

Grown in Victoria’s premium wine regions, this Chardonnay benefits from warm sunny days and cool evenings, creating ideal conditions for fresh, vibrant fruit. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their natural freshness, then gently pressed and cool-fermented to retain delicate flavours and aromas. Bottled young and fresh, the result is a crisp, fruit-driven Chardonnay with excellent balance.

How does it taste

Selected grapes from three premium vineyards on the border of New South Wales and Victoria. Bright golden straw in colour, this Chardonnay displays inviting aromas of ripe peach and fresh stone fruits, layered with subtle hints of vanilla and toasted oak from its 30% oak maturation. The palate is fresh and vibrant, offering juicy peach and nectarine flavours balanced by a creamy texture and gentle oak complexity. Well-rounded and refreshing, it finishes with excellent length and a clean, elegant finish.
