Collovray & Terrier’. Not, as you'd expect, a Jermyn Street shirt shop, but a collaboration between two hard-working families in southern Burgundy's Mâconnais. Their Domaine des Deux Roches’Vieilles Vignes comprises prime Chardonnay vineyards strung out between the rocky outcrops of Vergisson and Solutré. For their Personnets’ wines, they act as negoçiants, buying grapes from trusted friends in possession of venerable vines yielding concentrated fruit.

Smooth

I am not a wine drinker as I find so many acidic and usually opt instead for Prosecco (or Addams pink fizz, excellent). I tried this wine last night and it's a game changer- so smooth, rich as the review says, full bodied. Sadly I know nothing about wine, and I appreciate we all have different preferences, but I will definitely have this again!
