Rich and decadent

Located in the 'Jerez Superior' region, the long established firm of Antonio Barbadillo farm just over 500 hectares of vines. They combine state-of-the-art winemaking facilities with ancient barrel halls that store 35 million litres of maturing sherries. They are the largest producer of Manzanilla in Andalucia but their range covers all styles. Utterly delicious and dangerously more-ish.

Excellent Oloroso for everyday drinking

Really delicious Oloroso. Maybe not quite as complex as a more expensive marque and with a relatively short finish by sherry standards. But none dry and packed full of all those tobacco / vanilla / nutty flavours. Also a nice salty undertone.

Fantastic with a bit of ham, and at this price a ridiculous bargain.
