Description

A nose with delicate floral aromas of white fleshed fruits (pear, peach) and fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit). The palate is lively and fresh, with a beautiful tension and a zesty and mineral finish. Winemaker, Hugues, literally bares himself to offer a fresh take on Bordeaux white. A new-generation wine, to be shared during simple moments, with friends or family.

How does it taste

Golden yellow with aromas of flowers and fresh white fruits. A lively, fresh and minerally finish. Excellent with all types of grilled fish, salad or soft cheeses.
