Description

Mead is a ferment of honey and water. Here, the alcohol balances the sweetness of the honey to give a rich, but not oversweet finish. The honey character makes mead a versatile drink which can be enjoyed chilled on its own or as a partner to foods such a strong cheese, rich meat dishes and caramelised or roasted vegetables.

How does it taste

A sweet, full-flavoured mead with rich, deep honey flavours and a moreish honeycomb finish. A great accompaniment to strong cheeses and rich casseroles.
