There is more to Philippe Trotignon than just his ethereally delicious Sauvignon Blanc, which he bottles for Adnams under our Selection range. Touraine is first and foremost known for its whites, but outside Beaujolais, the Loire is Gamay’s next largest stronghold. The northerly climate makes for an edgy, lively style, epitomised by this fresh, summer fruits, spicy and lightly herby red. Always best served on the cool side.
