In 2024 winemaker Jo Nash embarked on yet another secret mission, uncovering a remarkable parcel of Chardonnay grapes that had her buzzing with excitement. She took another clandestine approach to her winemaking, letting this wine quietly age in French oak barrels (a combination of new, 2nd use and 3rd use), hidden away in the McPherson cellar for 10 months - but this time she hid it from not just Gary, but the entire team. Jo went rogue to ensure she continues to make these Don't Tell Gary wines with joy and without constraint. So, here's a Cheers to enjoying this incredible wine, which should be enjoyed with wild abandon so long as you 'Don't Tell Gary'!
