Baron de Chanteclerc % Sparkling White, Domaine la Colombette

Located in Béziers, France’s Languedoc, Domaine La Colombette is a family-owned estate, now in its 4th generation, that is run by François and his son Vincent Pugibet. Both are renowned in the Languedoc for their innovations in alcohol reduction, having worked and studied for over 20 years on reverse osmosis combined with distillation. The estate is also recognised for developing new grape varieties (this wine is made from Souvignier Gris) that are resistant to disease, allowing them to grow vines without using pesticides.

Description

Pale yellow in colour, this 0% sparkling wine is made in a dry Brut style, with notes of citrus and green apples. The bubbles are smooth and the acidity well balanced, resulting in a rounded palate. This is a lovely non-alcoholic wine. Enjoy a glass on its own or pair with canapes, fish and shellfish dishes.
