Located in Béziers, France’s Languedoc, Domaine La Colombette is a family-owned estate, now in its 4th generation, that is run by François and his son Vincent Pugibet. Both are renowned in the Languedoc for their innovations in alcohol reduction, having worked and studied for over 20 years on reverse osmosis combined with distillation. The estate is also recognised for developing new grape varieties that are resistant to disease, allowing them to grow vines without using pesticides.
