Description

The fruit was crafted from 85% Marsanne grapes and 15% Viognier grapes, sourced from the Goulburn Valley vineyards in Central Victoria. Picking and crushing was completed during the cool of the night to maintain freshness. Fermentation at cool temperatures for 7 days in stainless steel fermenters has helped enhance the pure, fresh, clean flavours
