Description

This pale, dry rosé is made by Emmanuelle Baude on her small estate in the wooded hills to the north of Aix-en-Provence. A blend of organic Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, it has expressive aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and violets, and flavours of fresh red fruits. It’s the perfect aperitif or a great match with salads, grilled fish, or Suffolk ham.

My expectations were for a more easy going summer pink wine wine. This wine was just a little too dry to meet my expectations.
I would buy it in bottle form
