The Core release in the Torabhaig Legacy Series, matured in ex first fil and re-fill bourbon cask, this peated whisky highlights our style of elegantly rugged peat. Beautifully balanced single malt giving warming bonfire night notes with subtle fruit and sweetness.

How does it taste

NOSE: Woody tobacco, crumbly vanilla shortbread, earthy peat smoke, lemon zest, heathery smoke, blossom honey, barley sugars and salty sea air PALATE: Bolder peat, roasted, salted nuts, light fruit salad, heather, fennel, hints of tropical fruit and vanilla biscuits. FINISH: Sweeter fruit notes, apples and kiwi, vanilla oak, peat smoke, briny harbourside character and a gentle peat influence.
