The nose is gentle and welcoming. The Palate brings apricot, honey, malt loaf and pear before the sweet and jammy finish of yellow plums.

How does it taste

A 12 Year old malt that has been aged in ex-bourbon whisky cask for a vibrant sweetness. This whisky was then finished in rare Umeshu plum Sake casks bringing signature Plum aromas on the nose and palate.
