An opaque orange-golden honey colour with pale foam - stable and fine. Tartness commingles with sweet aromas of dark honey and ripe grains, invigorated by a piquant spiciness from which orange peel, Alpine herbs, hops and cloves emerge. A lemony effervescence and gentle liveliness reveal a full-bodied flavour awash in exhilarating tension between freshness, malty sweetness and faintly bitter notes of orange peel, Alpine herbs and subtle toasted flavours.

The finest Wheat Beer I have tasted.

Not too strong, so can be taken long if preferred. Chilled likely to be best., but, as usual, expect the taste to decline with the chilling 😁
