An opaque orange-golden honey colour with pale foam - stable and fine. Tartness commingles with sweet aromas of dark honey and ripe grains, invigorated by a piquant spiciness from which orange peel, Alpine herbs, hops and cloves emerge. A lemony effervescence and gentle liveliness reveal a full-bodied flavour awash in exhilarating tension between freshness, malty sweetness and faintly bitter notes of orange peel, Alpine herbs and subtle toasted flavours.

One of the best!

I've tried many Weissbiers over the years including in Munich and I consider this to be one of the best. Very refreshing on a hot summers day.
