We use locally sourced grain, carefully selected hops, and Adnams' house yeast to make our beers. That same yeast is used to ferment our distillery wash. We are extremely proud to be one of just ten distilleries in the UK that make products from grain to glass.

Technical advice
We have been brewing for 150 years and are experts in cask beer. Our in-house Cellar Services Team are available to assist with technical enquiries; from bar configuration and installation, through to keeping and serving cask beer. Advice and support is always on tap for our customers.

It’s in our interest to support you. You make us look good, and it’s great for business. We can offer a variety of formal and informal training opportunities to develop your expertise and product knowledge. We partner with Cask Marque, can arrange brewery and distillery visits, organise training on the perfect serve or cocktails, and will help your team make the most of our partnership.
