Eligibility
This offer is open to selected new direct customers of Adnams in the United Kingdom who place their first order with Adnams through Rockpool between 1st September 2025 and 28th February 2026.
Qualification
You must place a Qualifying Order with us in each calendar month for a period of 12 months commencing on the date you place your first order with us.
A Qualifying Order is an order of: At least one Draught (cask or keg) Adnams or Bitburger beer or cider brands.
Any orders made but subsequently cancelled or postponed into another calendar month, and any orders which are not paid for in accordance with the agreed payment terms shall not amount to Qualifying Orders.
Calculation of Reward
Subject to you meeting the eligibility and qualification requirements detailed above, you shall be entitled to a credit of up to 10 percent of the net purchase price (excluding VAT) over a period of 12 months commencing on the date of your first order to use on future purchases with Adnams.
You will earn a credit equal to 10 percent of the net purchase price (excluding VAT) of all purchases made directly from Adnams of:
Any Adnams or Bitburger beer or cider brands; and All wines and spirits.
You will earn a credit equal to 5 percent of the net purchase price (excluding VAT) of all purchases made directly from Adnams of: Any kegs which are not Adnams or Bitburger brands.
Crediting of Account
Subject to you meeting the eligibility and qualification requirements detailed above, your account will be automatically credited by no later than 14 May 2026 in respect of any credits due for the first six months of you trading with us and by no later than 14 November 2026 in respect of any credits due for the second six months of you trading with us.
If you dispute the amount credited, please contact us as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of you being notified of the credit to your account.
Credits awarded at the end of the initial six month period will not be withdrawn even if you fail to make any further Qualifying Orders.
Credits will not be applied to accounts which are in arrears and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel credits in the event you are in breach of our Business Sales Terms and Conditions.
Credits are not transferable, and no cash alternative shall be offered.
Credits must be spent within 6 months of being awarded.
We may set off any credits awarded to you against any amounts you owe to us at any time.
Tax Treatment of Credits
Credits awarded under this offer are calculated on the net purchase price (excluding VAT).
Customers are responsible for determining the correct VAT treatment of any purchases made using credits and for making any necessary adjustments in their VAT returns.
Adnams shall not be liable for any tax consequences arising from the use or application of credits.
Termination of Scheme
Adnams reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time by providing not less than 30 days’ written notice to participating customers. Any such amendment shall not affect credits already earned prior to the effective date of the change, provided that all other terms and conditions have been complied with. In the event of withdrawal of the offer, any credits earned prior to the withdrawal date shall be credited to the account and shall remain valid for six months.
