Our Holkham Store
For that real Adnams experience, visit one of our stores. Nothing beats that personal touch.
Our store is situated in what was the old school at Holkham. It's a gorgeous building and the abundance of natural light makes it a wonderful environment in which to browse. We're on the main coast road from Wells to Burnham Market, and near to the north entrance of the beautiful Holkham Estate. We're nearly opposite Lady Anne's Drive which leads to the beach, so before you head to the sands, pop in for your picnic rugs and chilled wine.
Inside every one of our stores, you will find all your Adnams favourites, and maybe something new or a little unexpected. We offer a broad selection of quality products, including our award-winning beers, hand-crafted spirits, and carefully sourced wines from around the world. You will also discover our very own range homeware, food, and gifts. We’d be delighted to tell you all about them.
Let our team share their knowledge, and enthusiasm. Our well-informed and friendly staff are keen to offer advice and guidance if you need it. They are always happy to help with wine selection, gifting options, and tasting notes; or to simply chat beer, wine, and spirits.
LEE NEWSTEAD
general MANAGER
Josh joined adnams in 2013 and is known for his friendly smile and great customer service. He has extensive retail experience, working in both our Southwold and Aldeburgh stores before becoming the Sales Activity Manager for Woodbridge and Aldeburgh in 2010, and then becoming General Manager of our Aldeburgh store in 2022. Josh loves Adnams beers, with his current favourite being Dry Hopped Lager.
Beth Motley
assistant MANAGER
I joined Adnams in August 2021 as a bar staff member for the summer, however I was kept on and quickly rose to the job of Assistant Manager by the end of the next year.
I work for Holkham Estate alongside working for Adnams and have created a good working relationship between the two, often assisting Lord Leicester with his wine choices and wines for the estates shoots.
I have fantastic knowledge of our wines and spirits, my favourite product in the store is the Bründlmayer Riesling. I am always eager to help customers with their choices and uphold very high customer service standards.
I'm very passionate about events and wine tastings, I'm especially passionate about managing the Adnams Holkham bar alongside Lee, which runs every summer.
LEE NEWSTEAD
general MANAGER
Lee joined the Adnams team in 2012 and quickly became our Holkham store manager. Imn 2022 Lee became the Norfolk Regional Manager, covering our Holt, Holkham, and Norwich stores. Lee is renowned for his customer service and incredible wine knowledge, with his favourite product being Adnams Bourgogne Blanc. He will happily guide you through the fantastic selection of wines in his stores.
