1 How to participate

1.1 In order to enter this free prize draw promotion, scan one of six different QR codes which are available in six different locations:

1.1.1 On promotional bottles of Ghost Ship Pale Ale 4.5%;

1.1.2 On promotional bottles of Ghost Ship Pale Ale 0.5%;

1.1.3 On promotional bottles of Double Ghost IPA;

1.1.4 In Adnams stores;

1.1.5 In selected pubs and venues stocking the Ghost Ship Fleet; and

1.1.6 At the flowing events: Brighten the Corners Festival, Royal Norfolk Show, Suffolk Show and Norfolk and Norwich Festival.

 

1.2 Each QR code will take you to an online entry form for you to complete.

1.3 You must include your full name and email address on the online entry form. If you share an email address with another person, that person must use a different email address to enter the competition themselves.

1.4 The online forms will enable you to select which Classic Ibiza event you wish to have the chance to attend.

1.5 You can enter the competition a maximum of six times, once for each of the six QR codes and their corresponding online form.

1.6 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.7 No payment is necessary to enter this promotion.

1.8 By submitting your online form, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

 

2 Start date

This promotion will start at 12 noon 1 March 2025.

3 Closing date

3.1 The closing date for entry into the draw to win tickets for Classic Ibiza will be 30 June 2025 at 12 noon.

3.2 The closing date for entry into the draw to win packs of Ghost Ship Pale Ale 4.5%, Ghost Ship Pale Ale 0.5% and Double Ghost IPA will be 31 August 2025 at 12 noon.

3.3 Entries received by the promoter after the closing date will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

4 Selection of the winner

4.1 Four prize winners will be selected to win tickets for their chosen Classic Ibiza event and a further 170 winners will be selected to win packs of Ghost Ship Ghost Ship Pale Ale 4.5%, Ghost Ship Pale Ale 0.5% and Double Ghost IPA.

4.2 The winners of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly via a random number generator selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.3 Once you have won a prize you will not be eligible to win further prizes, only one prize will be awarded per person.

 

5 Prize

5.1 The prizes are as follows:

5.1.1 Four Classic Ibiza Prize Packages comprising:

(a) Four standard tickets to one of the following Classic Ibiza events:

 

(i) Burghley House, Stamford, Peterborough PE9 3JY on Saturday 26th July 2025;

(ii) Blickling Estate, Blickling Road, Norwich NR11 6NF on Saturday 2nd August 2025; or

(iii) Hatfield House, Melon Ground, Hatfield Park, Hatfield, Herts AL9 5NB on Saturday 16th August 2025.

 

(b) £100 towards your bar tab on the day, this will be delivered with your tickets and can be redeemed at the bar.

 

5.1.2 Many more Ghost Ship and Adnams prizes including:

(a) 30 cases of 12 x Ghost Ship Pale Ale 4.5% cans;

(b) 40 cases of 8 x Ghost Ship Pale Ale 0.5% bottles;

(c) 30 cases of 8 x Double Ghost IPA 5.2% bottles;

(d) 20 Adnams Ghost Ship Bar Runners;

(e) 30 Ghost Ship Tin Signs; and

(f) 20 Adnams beach towels.

 

5.2 The Classic Ibiza Prize Package will be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the organisers of Classic Ibiza, Revival Products Limited, and the venues. The winners must review and comply with these terms and conditions in order to attend the event.

5.3 If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, we may (at our option) substitute a prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value or a cash alternative.

5.4 The prizes are non-transferable and do not include any additional costs and expenses.

 

6 Restrictions and requirements

6.1 To enter this promotion, you must be a resident of the UK and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

6.2 Employees of Adnams plc or Revival Products Limited, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

6.3 We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.

 

7 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

7.1 Winners will be selected at random.

7.2 The promoter will notify the winners of the Classic Ibiza Prize Packages by email on or before 3 July 2025. If a selected winner of a Classic Ibiza Prize Package does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 7 days to respond to their notification).

7.3 Winners will receive their tickets by email to the email address provided in the entry at least two weeks prior to the event taking place.

7.4 The promoter will notify the winners of the packs of Ghost Ship Ghost Ship Pale Ale 4.5%, Ghost Ship Pale Ale 0.5% and Double Ghost IPA by email on or before 30 September 2025. If a selected winner of does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

7.5 Winners will receive their Ghost Ship and Adnams prizes within three weeks of providing a UK postal address.

 

8 Publicity and personal information

8.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. 8.2 The surname and county of the winners can be obtained by emailing competitions@adnams.co.uk within three months of the closing date.

8.3 If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email competitions@adnams.co.uk prior to the closing date of the promotion. Please note that we may disclose this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

8.4 You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.

9.4 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

9.5 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

9.6 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
