Broadside Christmas Pudding is made with heaps of fruit and nuts which are steeped in Broadside beer. We often describe Broadside as having Christmas cake flavours, so it’s ideally suited to the job. Adnams Finest Reserve Port, our vibrant, ruby, has a complexity that engages the senses. On the nose, it exhibits lifted and complex aromas of red berries, with balsamic hints, while the palate remains balanced with fine, round tannins. It can also be enjoyed it on its own, although there’s always room for pudding.
