St Aubin 1er Cru Blanc. Zippy and Complex

St Aubin 1er Cru Blanc. Zippy and Complex

Through passion, courage and stubbornness, the Picard family has built, over the years, a family winery widely adhered by peers. Today, 140 hectares of vines are spread over 4 estates which Francine Picard manages entirely. The whole of the estate is managed in line with organic viticulture, with 30 hectares with biodynamic practices. The plot for this wine is located in St Aubin at an altitude of 250 meters. It is a calcareous brown soil, poor, very shallow, with outcrops of limestone rocks from Ladoix and stones from Dijon Corton.
