Zingy and Enlivening

Zingy and Enlivening

Located on the slopes of Noyers, in the Loire Valley, Domaine Bellevue is a family run estate that has been led by Patrick Vauvy for the last 20 years. As well as his continual advances in the vineyard and winery – sustainable practices were the norm well before they became popular – Patrick is known for his Sauvignon Blancs. Typically 'classic' and Loire in style, his wines are uniquely rich in flavour and structure, making them stand out amongst others in the Loire Valley. Patrick’s son, Matthieu, has recently joined him at Domaine Bellevue and continues to nurture the progression of organic and biodynamic practices.
