Ventisquero Wine Estates own vineyards across all of Chile’s main wine-producing regions. The team, including chief winemaker Felipe Tosso, and John Duval focuses winemaking on sustainability, innovation and passion. Each wine produced is a unique expression of the character of the grape and region. The Ventisquero Grey Collection represents the complete expression of a single block of vines and pays homage to its place of origin.

How does it taste

Notes of fresh raspberries and cassis on the nose, with some earthy notes and a hint of black pepper. This medium-bodied wine is highly expressive and refreshing, packed with fresh cherries and raspberries. Smooth and complex, with red fruit from the Garnacha, structure from the Cariñena and earthy notes from the Mataro. A food-friendly wine, which pairs well with mature cheese, Serrano ham is a Spanish paella.
