Description

With milder weather on the way we’ve chosen, Cuvée Bois des Fées Rosé Domaine Tour Campanets for its fine floral aromas and intense red berry flavours, as well as the fresh citrus and flowery aromas of Adnams Grüner Veltliner Kamptal. Your richer whites include Nouvelle Lune Chardonnay, Domaine de la Morinière, with flavours of quince, candied lemons, dried bananas, and a sprinkling of cinnamon and Chateau Argadens, Bordeaux Blanc, which is zippy at first, before that richness is revealed. Our spring reds are Bierzo Viore Mencía, Bodegas Riojanas, which has intense aromas of red fruits; strawberry and cherry and Adnams Carmenère, from the Central Valley, Chile. With its berried fruit flavours and herbaceous notes, it’s fabulously flexible with food, which you need in a changeable season like spring.
