Pato Torrente Merlot Rosé,

Pato Torrente Merlot Rosé,

The history of Viña Luis Felipe Edwards (LFE) dates back to 1976, when Luis Felipe Edwards Sr. purchased the Fundo San José de Puquillay estate, located in the Colchagua Valley. The estate sits nestled in a secluded horseshoe-shaped valley, separated from the majestic snow-capped Andes by the smaller San Fernando ridge. It was here where he built and developed his winery, which today comprises four wineries and a barrel cellar in addition to the original historic cellars of the old estate. Their original 60 hectares now extended into hillside sites and total 390 hectares and at altitudes just shy of 3000 feet, the LFE900 mountain vineyards are the highest vineyards in Chile. LFE is the largest 100% family owned company in Chile, and vineyard holdings today include other sites throughout many of the premier growing regions of Chile.
