Malbec is an Argentinian success story which now takes a new turn with the arrival of this sparkling version. The grape somehow made its way from its home in France to South America in the mid-19th century, and thrived in high, dry vineyards where cool nights prolong the growing season. Here, Patricio Gougenheim has chosen some of his best Malbec grapes from superior vineyard sites in the Tupungato region and made a fine dry bubbly, pink in colour and full of flavour.

You will want to try this

Fantastiche. Never heard of it before. I will certainly buy another bottle to check whether the Malbec Rose that I tried last Sunday was trully typical of the brand
