Buying a gift for a friend or family member? Treat them to an Adnams Brewery Tour. Our E-Gift Card codes are sent via email. They have a two-year expiry from their date of purchase and enable the recipient to book a tour at a date and time of their choosing.

Visitors enjoy a truly unique experience, exploring over 650 years of brewing history before entering one of the most modern breweries in the world. Led by an experienced Tour Guide, they will be immersed in the Adnams brewing process as well as being given an insight into what makes our brews so special.

They will spend 1.5 hours with us and will be invited to taste our beers at the end of the tour. On the day, they will also receive a voucher for our Southwold store, to claim a free memento of their visit.

Our Tours & Experiences E-Gift Card codes are sent to you via email.

Codes are redeemable for 24 months after purchase. This information and your codes can be found on the confirmation you will receive via email.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Although the email you receive will specify the tour or experience you have selected, it will be redeemable against the value of any tour or experience booking.

The website needs a review

Hopeless! 50 characters is nowhere near enough for a message, and a voucher number in an email is not the best way of giving a loved one a present to celebrate a milestone birthday. However, when I complained, a lovely lady at the booking office sent me impressive voucher holders, which resolved my problem...but why did I have to jump through hoops to get them? They should be despatched when the order is placed. And make your vouchers more gift-specific please!
