Twill cellars was founded to explore some of the more unique terroirs in Oregon while employing the three varietals best suited to express the variations of land and vintages that Twill hope to capture.

How does it taste

Intense aromas of lemon blossom, tangerine, salt, peach and crushed rock are complemented with undertones of fresh cream, lime and passion fruit. On the palate, notes of tangerine, and Meyer lemon are wrapped up in a savory, bright, and chewy yet lithe frame. The finish carries on with an echo of minerals, cream, and citrus.
