Grapes were grown in a single vineyard (just 4 rows!) in Upperton, West Sussex, with winemaking taking place at London Cru’s winery in an old Victorian Warehouse in SW6. While their surroundings are historic, innovation is at their core; with precision temperature-controlled tanks and state-of-the-art winemaking facilities.

Highly aromatic with an abundance of lime, gooseberry and yellow grapefruit, with a tropical undertone. Refreshing and clean with green apple and elderflower. Single vineyard Bacchus grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel to retain the aromatics and crisp, fresh finish. Pair with anything you can squeeze lemon over! Perfect with oysters, scallops and Vietnamese cuisine.
