How does it taste

Aromas of star anise, cassia bark, dark cherry and rose. This is a semi sweet rosso vermouth with an abundance of sweet/sour cherry flavour, a touch of wormwood bitterness, cassia bark, rose, liquorice. Perfect as an aperitif over ice. Also ideal in cocktails such as gin and tonic, martini and negroni.
