I'm not sure why this was never received however if you could contact Adnams Customer Services we would be happy to look into this. I can see this should have been sent direct to your son on a nominated day. Obviously providing the email address provided was correct, we would always advise your son checking his junk/spam emails.
If all your son has is your receipt, then unfortunately he will not be able to use this towards a payment as the full 16 digit voucher code will be required for making a purchase. If you could contact Adnams Customer Services 01502727222 at your earliest convenience we can rectify this for you.
