This Fine Dessert Wine is produced for Adnams by the renowned Plaimont, in the ancient appellation of Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh in Gascony. The region has a long history of specialising in sweet wines, where the mild climate and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean allows the local, late harvested varietals to thrive. Intense honeyed sweetness is balanced by a wonderful freshness, creating a luxuriously rich, fruity dessert wine. Enjoy on its own at the end of a meal, or with blue cheeses.
