Situated in western Romania just to the east of the town of Timisoara Cramele Recas is a very impressive new winery on an old site. In the last 10 years, both the vineyard and winery have been completely, and exhaustively modernised in order to be able to fully control the production process using the latest methods. The winery has been fully fitted out with stainless steel, automatic temperature controlled tanks for fermenting and storing the wine. The primary vinification facility has been completely renewed with the best possible equipment for gently crushing, destemming, pressing the grapes- in order to be able to maintain all the quality in the grapes. Super wine

By far the best wine on the market. Smooth, fruity and such an enjoyable drink. Also doesn’t make me sneeze like some wines do.

Great customer service

The wine is a present so I can't comment myself except to say that the birthday boy has had it in the past and loved it. I am keener to report on the great customer service. There was a hitch and delay with the delivery, to do with Yodel rather than Adnams. I called Adnams' customer service, as I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time for the birthday in question. Sam in Customer Services couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. She immediately took action and the wine was delivered the following day. Superb customer service
