Medium red with good brightness. Expressive Pinot, classic strawberry,and dark cherry, perfumed. Soft, plump, textural, flavours of cherry and wildspice, soft acidity. A combination of winemaking techniques is used to producea final blend with complexity and balance. These include cold maceration priorto fermentation, inclusion of whole bunches and warm fermentation at 30 to 32degrees.
