Mandois Blanc de Blancs Brut
Based in the village of Pierry, Mandois are a 9th-generation family producer with 37 hectares of vineyard, including parcels in prestige villages such as Chouilly, Vertus, Epernay and Pierry. The oceanic influence of the region brings water in regular quantities with little annual thermal contrasts. This, coupled with warm and sunny summers, ensures a guarantee of a constant and moderate rainfall providing an almost ideal water supply – essential to the quality of the grapes. Vinification takes place 80% in stainless steel and 20% in oak, with 60 months on lees and a further 60 months in bottle – contributing to this wine’s beautiful complexity.
