Description

Intense dark red in colour. On the nose, there are touches of vanilla and notes of cinnamon, spices and tobacco, accompanied by dark fruits and floral notes. Well-structured and full-bodied, with smooth tannins. Ideal with game dishes or ragù.

How does it taste

A Riserva level Chianti from 100% Sangiovese grapes, Il Volpetto shows classic aromas of cherry and tobacco, with a fresh palate of herbs and sour cherry and a long, elegant finish.
