Pale in colour with a green edge. The bouquet is fine, restrained, with lifted floral and citrus notes, and quite nutty. The palate has a finely woven texture, with a savoury edge, drying phenolics, and is energetic and composed. ​De Bortoli are leaders in sustainability and have the highest certification in New South Wales in recognition of outstanding environmental leadership and commitment to innovation. They are working towards organic certification and have admirable ambitions to become a ‘Zero Waste Wine Company’ and have 100% of their packaging recyclable or compostable by 2027. They have planted 17 trees for every vehicle in their fleet to offset all carbon emissions created through road transport.
